As the Director of Training and Development, you are responsible for creating an onboarding program that discusses relevant organizational information and caters to the needs of your participants/learners.

Before onboarding occurs, the Assistant Director of Training and Development requires that all employees submit information regarding their learning system, as based upon the “What’s Your Learning Style” assessment. It has been noted that the vast majority of participants within this onboarding program are visual learners.
