8 page paper on Affordable Care Act

An 8 page QUALITATIVE RESEARCH PAPER on the pros & cons of the implementation of the Affordable Care Act on a national level. The paper MUST be in APA FORMAT. I reiterate, APA FORMAT. It must have:

Second page is the Abstract. Must have title above the abstract. The abstract is promoting the paper and include interesting finds. 

Starting from the third page is the actual paper. Include an intro, methodology ( what you did for research and how you found the information, talk about the documents (sources). Then talk about the results (include actual numbers and stats), then the conclusion (talk about the implication of the results. how does it effect us?)

For citizens who want to be more informed about the Affordable Care Act, a close examination of the perspective of those who support it, as well as the perspective ofthose who oppose it, can be helpful. For this paper I am going to list the pros and cons of the implementation of the Affordable Care Act on a national level.
